History of the Atomic Theory

This project attempts to summarize the research and discoveries by various scientists and laboratories in the search for understanding the nature of atoms. Starting with the original Greek philosophical ideas of atomism, all the way to the modern quantum model.

More broadly, this interactive timeline aims to clarify the process by which scientists arrive at their conclusions, and how iteration and changes show that the system works, rather than the opposite.
